So often we hear phrases from normies such as, “Just don’t pick up,” Or “Don’t take that first drink and you won’t get drunk.” Typically, addicts arrive into treatment like a bleeding victim in a hospital emergency room. The focus is all about stopping the bleeding, emergency surgery, monitoring blood pressure, and heartbeat. Then, when the patient is stabilized they transition to the ICU, and then to a lower care hospital room to rest and recover.
